Security guidelines insist we implement password complexity:

• Minimum length: Passwords must be at least 12 characters long
• Passwords must contain 3 of the following to make the password complex:
  • Upper Case letters (A-Z)
  • Lower Case letters (a-z)
  • Numbers (0-9)
  • Special Characters (e.g. £,$,=)
• Common Words: Please avoid using words that can easily be guessed
• Unique Password: Must be unique and not reused across different accounts
• Old Passwords: Old passwords cannot be reused
